August 2025

Multiple beta-level features become available this month. Beta features are not enabled for customers by default. Customers who are interested in beta features must opt-in. If you are a Masset customer and wish to participate in a beta release, reach our to your account owner to be added.

Upcoming Features

[Beta] Google Workspace Sync
- Masset now supports automated syncing of Google Workspace Users, Groups, and Org Units.
- Save yourself the headache of managing Masset groups manually. Use your existing Org Unit or Groups!
- Think of this as SCIM, but for Google Workspace!
[Beta] Asset Collections
- Define static collections of assets
- Collections can be assigned to internal employees or shared externally as a single object
[Beta] Content Boards
- Create content boards to organize your content into common use cases!
- Assign Collections to Boards to visually show teams their relevant content
- Masset users will see their available boards on login

Improvements / Fixes

Improved accuracy of responses in Content Conversations when trying to find a single asset in a large corpus.
Asset search results can now be sorted by Created Date or Updated Date
- These options replace the previously available "Most Recent"
Search results in HubSpot now show 10 results instead of 5
