Installation Guide

Overview

You can install the Masset + HubSpot integration in two ways:

• From the HubSpot Marketplace
• Directly inside Masset

Either path is quick and takes only a few minutes.

Option 1: Install From the HubSpot Marketplace

1. Go to the Masset listing page on the HubSpot Marketplace.
2. Click Install app.
3. If prompted, log in with your HubSpot Admin account.
4. If you have access to multiple HubSpot accounts, select the correct one and click Choose account.
5. On the permission screen, click Connect app to grant access.
6. You will be redirected back to Masset. Installation complete.

Option 2: Install From Masset

1. Log in to the Masset app with Admin credentials.
2. Click your Profile in the top right.
3. Go to Integrations.
4. Click Add Account and choose HubSpot.
5. If you are not already logged in to HubSpot, log in with your HubSpot Admin credentials.
6. If you have multiple HubSpot accounts, select the correct account and click Choose account.
7. Click Connect app to grant permissions.
8. You will be redirected back to Masset. Installation complete.

Add the Masset Card to Views in HubSpot

After installing, you may need to enable the Masset card in your HubSpot UI.

1. Open HubSpot settings.
2. Under Account Management, click Integrations and then Connected Apps.
3. Click the Masset app.
4. Open the App cards tab.
5. Click Manage locations.
6. Assign the card to the correct views and click Save.

Users should now see the Masset card in their HubSpot views.

Disconnecting the HubSpot Integration From Masset

Note: If you disconnect your HubSpot account from Masset, Masset will stop syncing Contacts, Companies, and Deals. We will also delete any existing HubSpot data. Existing shares to HubSpot objects will continue to function, but you will not be able to create new shares with HubSpot objects or associate existing shares with them. Analytics tied to HubSpot objects will be anonymized.

1. Log in to Masset with the account that originally installed the HubSpot integration.
2. Click your Profile in the upper right.
3. Open Integrations.
4. Find the connected HubSpot account and click it. If you do not see it, confirm you are on the correct Masset account and that this account was the original installer.
5. Click Delete in the upper right to disconnect HubSpot.
