The questions buyers actually ask.
Is it really unlimited users?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited seats. We believe the whole company should be able to find and use approved content, so we will never charge you for adding a teammate. Your price does not change when your team grows.
What counts toward usage?
Content storage is the main usage tier. The Standard plan includes 1 TB, which comfortably holds most companies' full content library. Enterprise raises the usage tiers across the platform and sizes storage to your library instead of a preset cap.
Is there a contract?
Standard is month to month and you can cancel anytime. We earn the business every month. Enterprise can stay monthly or move to annual invoicing if your procurement team prefers it.
Do you use our content to train AI models?
No. Masset never uses customer data to train AI models, on any plan. Our agreements with every LLM sub-processor restrict training use. This is a standing commitment, not a plan feature.
Can you complete our security questionnaire?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Our team completes security questionnaires for your IT and procurement reviewers and provides the SOC 2 report plus the full security documentation package. Standard customers can review our public security overview anytime.
What does Enterprise cost?
Enterprise pricing is sized to your usage tiers and requirements, so we scope it in one short conversation. As a rule of thumb, teams under 500 employees fit Standard; at 500 or more, Enterprise's higher usage tiers, SSO, and security support usually make it the better home. Yes. Every plan includes a guided move-in: we help you connect your sources (Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, and the rest) and organize the library so search works from day one.
