Masset + Google Drive: everything you create there becomes part of the home.
Docs, Sheets, and Slides in your connected Drive sync into the Central Library continuously. Once they're in, they're searchable, shareable, and covered by Version Control, exactly like everything else in Masset.

Masset Library
Recently synced
Keep creating in Drive. Let Masset make it findable, tracked, and AI-ready.
Google Drive is one of several content sources unified by the Central Library, and it works the same way as every other one: sync in, then it behaves like any other Masset asset.
Files sync in continuously
Docs, Sheets, and Slides in your connected Drive flow into the Central Library automatically. No manual upload, no migration project.
Adds, edits, and deletes all show up
When a file changes in Drive, that change is reflected in Masset on a continuous sync, so the library doesn't lag behind what's actually in Drive.
Drive files behave like every other asset
Once synced, a Drive file is indexed for Myca's natural-language search, can be added to a Board, and can go out as a Trackable Share, exactly like anything uploaded directly.
Version Control keeps every use current
Update the file in Drive, and Version Control propagates the change everywhere it's already in use: live share links, Boards, and every AI surface all read the newest version.
How the sync works
Minutes to connect. Not weeks.
Getting Google Drive connected is one small piece of onboarding to Masset, and full onboarding to the platform is measured in hours, not months.
Connect your Drive from Masset
A Masset Admin goes to Admin, then Integrations, then Add Account, and authorizes Google Drive.
Files start flowing in
Docs, Sheets, and Slides sync into the Central Library continuously, alongside whatever else is already connected, like SharePoint, Notion, or Slack.
Give people the Drive content they should see
Masset permissions apply to synced Drive files exactly like they do to anything uploaded directly, so a person only sees what they'd already be allowed to see inside Masset.
Drive keeps doing what it does well. Masset does the rest.
Google Drive keeps doing what it already does well: real-time collaborative editing. Masset does what Drive doesn't: turns those files into a searchable, permissioned, AI-ready library, without ever writing back.
When a file changes in Drive, Version Control propagates that update everywhere the asset is already in use, so nobody ever shares a stale version by accident.
Drive gets more reach. It never gets less security.
Every rule that governs Masset applies the same way to synced Drive content. Nothing here is a special case.
One-way, always
Masset does not write into Google Drive, edit a Drive file, or change anything at the source. The sync only ever runs Drive to Masset.
Same permissions as anything else in the library
A synced Drive file follows the same Masset permission rules as a file uploaded directly. A person only sees what they're allowed to see.
Downloads always route through Masset
Opening or downloading a synced file always sends someone through Masset first, where their own permissions are checked.
Your data never trains a model
Masset does not use synced Drive content, or any other customer data, to train or fine-tune AI models. Masset also maintains a SOC 2 report and is penetration tested periodically by independent third parties.
Common Questions
Does Masset ever write back into our Google Drive?
No. The sync only runs one direction, from Drive into Masset. Masset never edits, moves, or deletes anything in the source Drive file.
How often do changes in Drive show up in Masset?
Continuously. Files added, updated, or removed in Drive are reflected in Masset without a manual re-import. Masset hasn't published the exact interval; contact support@getmasset.com if your team needs specifics.
What file types sync from Drive?
Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Who can see a synced Drive file inside Masset?
Only people whose Masset permissions already allow it, the same rule that governs every other asset in the library.
See your own Drive content, inside Masset.
Masset starts at $500/mo, unlimited seats. Watch a demo and we'll show you Google Drive, SharePoint, or whatever your team already uses.
