Myca in Teams
Myca (My Content Assistant) now lives natively inside Microsoft Teams. Ask a question in plain English, get an answer pulled from your approved Masset content, and share it into a chat or channel without leaving Teams. Every answer respects Masset permissions, so reps only see what they are allowed to see.
Search, share, and download
Search the Central Library from any Teams chat or channel. Share an asset to a teammate as a trackable link. Download the source file in one click. Raw files never get uploaded into Teams. Every download routes back through Masset and respects your access controls.
Training on Teams
This is the one we are most excited about. Until now, our daily Training quizzes only ran in Slack. As of this release, Teams users get the same thing: one short, AI-scored question per day, generated from your approved content, with mastery tracking and gamification. Two minutes a day. No login. No course to schedule. The forgetting curve flattens whether your team is in Slack or in Teams.
How to turn it on
If you are already a Masset customer, your admin can add the Teams integration the same way the Slack integration gets added: from Admin → Integrations → Add Account, then pick Microsoft Teams. Each user does a one-time account link so per-user permissions follow them into Teams.
